Return and Exchange Policy
At Sobriety Matters More, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. We cannot exchange items that were ordered in the wrong size.
Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must have a verified manufacturing defect or production error.
- The item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
- The item must include all original tags and packaging, when applicable.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the defect may be required before an exchange is approved.
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
