Key Delivery Policies
- Shipping Methods: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive after fulfillment. While flat-rate is the default, expedited options may be available.
- Blind Shipping: NinjaPOD is a fully blindship service, meaning products are shipped in plain white packages with no NinjaPOD branding.
- Custom Labels: Sellers can customize shipping labels to display their own store name and return address through the app settings.
- International Shipping: Distribution is currently limited to the U.S. and Canada.
- Returns & Reprints: Packages lost in transit or returned due to manufacturing defects qualify for a free reprint if reported within 30 days of delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is "Returned to Sender," NinjaPOD will hold it for 30 days before discarding it. Merchants are responsible for any re-shipping costs or communication with the customer.
